Remnants of Gallifrey is a special minisode which aired to celebrate 60 years of Doctor Who.

Synopsis
A look back at the past has the Doctor search for his future.

Plot
The minisode opens with the Fourteenthth Doctor reminiscing about his recent time spent with the Sixteenth Doctor. (EP: The Expunction of Timeless History) He references "backtracking", and proceeds to mention losing his Vespa in London. (EP: The Vampire) He then queries where "that cruise ship" was going, which is later confirmed to be referring to Tranquility F-1-2-Z. (EP: The Fearmongerer)

Cast
*The Doctor - TheGingerDoctor
*The other ones - I'll get to it

Crew
*Writer - TheGingerDoctor
*Director - TheGingerDoctor
*Editor - TheGingerDoctor
*Composer - TheGingerDoctor

Continuity
There are several references in the TARDIS to adventures that the Doctor would later have as the Sixteenth Doctor, which lines up with various reference he himself makes in the minisode. These include a unit jeep and a block of zeiton, referencing Scheme of the Zeons; a Weeping Angel on the TARDIS Archives screen, referencing Feast of the Angels; a Sontaran helmet (specifically belonging to Shuon given the slight damage on one eye), referencing Operation: Sontar; and finally a specific lack of the Vespa that was last seen in this interior, which is called out by the Doctor, referencing its brief background appearance in The Vampire. The Doctor makes it very clear that he knows about Tranquility F-1-2-Z as he mentions it by name, which is backed up by two subtle background appearances in The Fearmongerer.

The Doctor lands on an exact copy of the destroyed Gallifrey seen at the end of The Fearmongerer, including the large chunks of remains of Tranquility F-1-2-Z and the titular creature itself, which the Doctor calls out and describes it as "not much trouble now".

Pravin mentions liking "the one with the giant robot". (TV: Robot)

The Doctor jokes about calling the survivors "Fred". (TV: The Ribos Operation)

The Expunction of Timeless History is the sixth episode of Rebellious Projects’ Doctor Who, as The Fearmongerer came before it. It marks the finale of Season 1.

Synopsis
The Doctor's oldest enemy returns in a new form! The boundaries of Universes are collapsing and the Doctor is without his friend. Can he stop the Master in time before it's too late or must he require help from someone known to him?

Plot
Picking up immediately from the last episode, The Doctor hastens to drop Liz home. Liz protests, however The Doctor stresses how dangerous The Master is, and how he refuses to let her be harmed, and he returns back to the TARDIS. After Simon says goodbye to Liz, he also returns to the TARDIS where The Doctor reveals that The Master survived by going to Karn, stealing The Rani’s regenerations, and then destroying the planet.

The TARDIS picks up a signal, the heartbeat of a timelord, and uses that to track The Master’s TARDIS. Eventually they land somewhere on Earth, where The Doctor confronts The Master. He offers The Master to grant him whatever he wants as long as he stops his mad scheming, however The Master rejects this offer. The Master reveals that he plans to open up the multiverse, destroy the void, and merge their universe with the one next to it. The Doctor warns of how idiotic the plan is, but The Master ignores the warnings and zaps The Doctor to another planet.

On this planet, he comes across the Fourteenth Doctor. After introducing themselves and after a rip-off straight from fugitive of the judoon where they say the same stuff in sync, The 16th Doctor informs his former self of the situation he’s in and what The Master is planning. Together, him and 14 go back to Earth to pick up Liz and ask for help to save Simon, who has been captured by The Master. 16 asks 14 to find The Master after locating his own TARDIS, whilst they look for Simon. Somehow, the ginger haired incarnation suddenly figures out what The Master intends to do, stating that he will try to merge all universes in the multiverse together.

Meanwhile, The Master somehow senses that another incarnation of The Doctor has arrived to try and foil his plans, and after explaining his plan to Simon his TARDIS lands and they go off to set up The Master’s multiverse destroying machine. At the same time, 14 drops his future incarnation along with Liz at their TARDIS, and leaves for the time being. The Doctor uses his TARDIS to locate The Master, who has now completed his machine. To buy time, The Doctor tells Simon to keep obeying The Master’s commands as he continues to activate the machine. The machine sends out a signal which the Daleks pick up, and in doing so The Master offers a temporary alliance to which they accept.

Just in the nick of time, the 14th Doctor arrives, which causes The Master to put the machine in it’s final stage, causing the entire multiverse to begin to rupture apart. The Doctors figure out that the machine can be accessed through voice control, and so The 16th Doctor successfully registers his voice into the machine’s database, which reveals itself as a type-69 Gallifreyan time capsule. The Doctor commands the capsule to close the portal in the sky, to which it obeys immediately. Amidst all of this, The Master stands to the side then starts getting upset over the Doctors being successful in stopping his plans. The Shadow Proclamation arrive to arrest The Master and imprison him, before The Master vows to exact revenge.

With The Master now imprisoned, The 16th Doctor contacts Andy from UNIT to break up the type-69 TARDIS and store the pieces within the black archive and Simon reveals that the machine was actually The Master’s own TARDIS, which had simply been disguised. The 14th Doctor then says goodbye to his future incarnation and friends, and takes off in his TARDIS. After having saved the entire multiverse, The Doctor officially invites Elizabeth to join him and Simon in the TARDIS, to which she accepts, and off they go into the TARDIS, for more adventures yet to come…
He offers The Master to grant him whatever he wants as long as he stops his mad scheming, however The Master rejects this offer.

After having saved the entire multiverse, The Doctor officially invites Elizabeth to join him and Simon in the TARDIS, to which she accepts, and off they go into the TARDIS, for more adventures yet to come…
The Fearmongerer is the fifth episode of Rebellious Projects’ Doctor Who, as The Vampire came before it. It marked the beginning of the Season 1 finale but can be viewed as a standalone episode.

Synopsis
New recruit Elizabeth Bailey takes a ride in the TARDIS with the Doctor and Simon, as the trio find themselves on a cruise ship in space. However, not all is quite as it seems.

Plot
After a lot of convincing, Simon’s girlfriend, Elizabeth Bailey is invited onboard the TARDIS by the Doctor. The trio end up on a tranquility spa cruise ship, and the Doctor leaves Simon and Liz to do as they please while he finds the control deck, which is currently being attacked by The Fearmongerer (which resembles a black Slitheen but actually isn’t one).

The Fearmongerer demands Captain Vipond to activate the intercom, and when he refuses to do so The Fearmongerer uses his fears against him, threatening to harm Vipond’s family if he doesn’t comply. Vipond gives in, and the Fearmongerer announces that the ship is now on course to crash into the nearest planet, causing distress amongst the passengers as the Doctor rushes to the control deck. The Doctor confronts the Fearmongerer and tries to get a better understanding of how this new entity works, only to find that it feeds off fear.

The Doctor makes his way back to Simon and Liz, with the Fearmongerer in tow, and when he reaches them the Doctor further interrogates the Fearmongerer and after some more exposition, the creature teases that someone is returning, having seen into the timelord’s future. After this, they run back to the control deck to try and prevent the ship from crashing, only to find that the controls have been deadlocked. Their only solution is to get everyone to the safe room, which they do.

Everyone apart from Liz manage to get inside, and the Doctor is unable to open the door due to the Fearmongerer having deadlocked it. Simon’s love and anger weakens the Fearmongerer, slowing it down and preventing it from harming Liz despite being mere meters away from her, which allows the Doctor to bypass the deadlock and let Liz into the safe room. The Fearmongerer teleports away, seconds before the ship crash lands and in the wake of the crash only the safe room and the TARDIS remain after it has been thrown out of the ship mid-explosion and locked onto the nearest planet to land on.

The Doctor orders the passengers to remain in the room and wait for a rescue ship to arrive, then he goes to explore the planet they’ve landed on to look for the TARDIS. However, after doing so, the fog clears up revealing the ancient ruins of Gallifrey’s citadel. Another TARDIS materializes in front of them, disguised as a police box which was modelled after the version used by the Doctor's thirteenth incarnation but more rougher than usual, and within from it emerges the Doctor’s arch enemy the Master, who has just escaped from his last encounter with that same incarnation after his failed attempt to sabotage the Doctor's identity via forced regeneration. (TV: The Power of the Doctor) The Doctor, Simon and Liz return to the TARDIS and leave Gallifrey, as the Master regenerates once more…
Trivia
* Upon release of the episode, The Fearmongerer was branded by many as a Black Slitheen, due to its striking resemblance, much to the dismay of TheRebelOfTime and TheGingerDoctor, who detest the nickname.
* The background extras in this episode contain many Easter eggs, including: Sonic the Hedgehog, a Cyberman, ItsArcticVision’s Minecraft skin, DT10’s Minecraft skin, UNIT soldiers, Alex's and Ginger's Minecraft skins, as well as Nathan Blake and the Twentieth Doctor (as seen in Whoblocks Productions' Minecraft Doctor Who series). These cameos do not mean anything, they’re just there for fun.

Continuity
* During certain scenes of the episode, the Fourteenth Doctor can be seen in the background, roaming around, setting up the next episode even further and that event will be mentioned once more when he ventures to rediscover Gallifrey. ==Synopsis==
With one life nearing its end, The Doctor uncovers strange disappearances in an alleyway in Cambridge involving bolts of electricity. Can The Doctor stop these aliens who call themselves "the Zeons" before it's too late?
Plot
The episode opens with David Williams running down a street in Cambridge, England. He speaks into an earpiece and reveals that he has obtained a gun for who or what is on the other side of the line. The voice instructs him to hand over the weapon in the alley ahead of him.

He turns into the alley and greets Mr Holloway, who is flanked by two Zeon guards. Williams hands over the weapon and asks if there's anything else he needs to fetch before Holloway informs him that all they need from him now is his death. The two Zeon guards begin to approach Williams while he tries to reason with them. They electrocute him. Holloway proclaims that it is the final day the Earth will ever see and that "soon, the Zeons will rise in full glory again".
The Expunction of Timeless History is the sixth episode of Rebellious Projects’ Doctor Who, as The Fearmongerer came before it. It marks the finale of Season One.
