Saving Gallifrey and a Final Sacrifice

After being teleported back to Gallifrey through unknown means and circumstances, he wakes up to find his previous and future incarnations trying to, once again, bring back Gallifrey by resurrecting the founding fathers of Gallifrey. While trying to bring them back, this Doctor starts to suffer a timeline distortion and is fighting for his existence.
