Regeneration
After failing to secure the Doctor's identity in his thirteenth incarnation via forced regeneration, in the aftermath the Master escaped and went to Karn, this ended up being a smart plan with him stealing the Rani's regenerations and destroying the entire planet. He would once again travel this time ending up in the ruins of Gallifrey, suprisingly meeting up with his old foe the Doctor in his new incarnation, as he and his companions walked away, the Master would laugh as he would now once again regenerate into a new life once again.
