Obtang lived on the planet [[Rreptfor]] and waited for [[Sixteenth Doctor|the Doctor]]'s arrival with his [[Simon Smith|companion]] after  him and his people foresaw them coming.


Obtang would help the Doctor during [[Feast of the Angels (Episode)|his adventure]] on Rreptfor and would end up realising in the end his people took their power of looking into the future for granted and is happy they now have a second chance.
